Russian Toy Club of USA , (RTC) exists for the advancement and protection of the purebred Russian Toy dog breed and the ethical breeding of Russian Toys. The club is made up of members who subscribe to the club's ideals and its officers who serve as volunteers. Neither the club nor its officers are liable for infractions, disputes, health problems or any other issues between puppy buyers and breeders or between owners of Russian Toys and the general public. All breeding, puppy sales and other transactions are to be covered by contracts between the individual parties to the transaction and are not the responsibility of the club nor its officers.The club will not hear contractual disputes between breeders and puppy buyers. It is further understood that any contract entered into between a buyer and any of the breeders on this Breeder's Directory List is between the buyer(s) and seller(s), as individuals, and the RTC is not a party thereto nor responsible for the terms contained in any of said contracts.
The breeders who are listed in our Breeder Directory are members in good standing of the Russian Toy Club of USA (RTC). They have signed and pledged to uphold the Club's Code of Ethics, and police themselves accordingly, they have also requested to be listed here, although the RTC has no ability to supervise or investigate to verify that the Code is upheld. The Breeder Directory List is provided for your convenience and the sole purpose of reference for those searching for a Russian Toy dog or puppy. The Club and its officers and / or directors make no endorsement of any person on this list. Under no circumstances does the RTC recommend or guarantee the dogs of any listed breeder or provide preference over another breeder listed. Nor does the Club assume any responsibility or liability for the health, quality, or temperament of any dog, or for other representations, either expressed or implied, made by any RTC member who is listed in this Breeder's Directory.
